Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Welcome to Gonza’s Detailing LLC. We appreciate the opportunity to care for your vehicle. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving services from Gonza’s Detailing LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Gonza’s Detailing LLC provides in-shop automotive detailing, paint correction, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, engine-bay detailing, and related vehicle-care services. Services are performed using professional products, equipment, and installation methods.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Prices displayed on our website, advertisements, or social media are starting prices only and are not guaranteed final prices.

Final pricing may vary based on:

Vehicle size, type, and condition

Paint condition, contamination, stains, pet hair, odors, oxidation, scratches, or other defects

The scope of work requested

Products, materials, paint correction, and labor required

The time needed to complete the service

We will discuss and confirm the final scope of work and price before service begins. If additional work becomes necessary after inspection, we will contact you for approval before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

3. Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

The remaining balance is due when the service is complete and before the vehicle is released.

Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment when sufficient notice is provided and scheduling allows.

4. Appointment Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Vehicles must be dropped off by 9:00 AM on the scheduled service date unless another time is approved in advance.

Late arrival may delay completion, require rescheduling, or result in loss of the appointment deposit. Customers will be notified when the vehicle is ready for pickup. Vehicles must be picked up promptly after service completion unless other arrangements are approved.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may forfeit the deposit.

No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.

6. Payment

Final payment is due at the completion of service and before the vehicle is released. Available payment methods will be confirmed during booking.

7. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

Customers are responsible for disclosing known vehicle issues, including prior bodywork, repainting, paint defects, clear-coat failure, aftermarket modifications, electrical concerns, loose trim, damaged seals, or other conditions that could affect service results.

We take reasonable care while performing services. However, Gonza’s Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, hidden defects, weakened materials, or damage resulting from prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Paint correction, detailing, PPF, and ceramic-coating results may vary based on vehicle age, paint condition, prior repairs, and material condition. No service can guarantee the removal of every defect, stain, odor, scratch, chip, or imperfection.

8. Personal Belongings

Please remove personal property, valuables, cash, electronics, documents, and other items from your vehicle before drop-off.

Gonza’s Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

9. Ceramic Coating and PPF Warranties

Certain ceramic coating and PPF services may include a manufacturer or workmanship warranty. Warranty availability, duration, coverage, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and claim procedures will be explained for the specific product and service purchased.

To preserve coating or PPF warranty coverage, customers must follow the care instructions provided at delivery. Failure to follow required maintenance instructions, including use of automatic brush or tunnel car washes when prohibited by the applicable warranty, may void warranty coverage.

Ceramic coating is not scratch-proof, chip-proof, or damage-proof. For rock-chip and impact protection, PPF may be recommended.

10. Engine-Bay Detailing

By requesting engine-bay detailing, you acknowledge that engine compartments contain mechanical and electrical components that may be sensitive to moisture, age, prior repairs, modifications, or existing defects.

Gonza’s Detailing LLC uses reasonable care and appropriate cleaning methods. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for mechanical, electrical, sensor, ignition, starting, or drivability issues that arise from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, modifications, or component failure after engine-bay cleaning.

11. Conduct

We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Threatening, abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct may result in refusal or cancellation of service. Any refund in that situation will be handled based on the work completed and applicable law.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through our website or provided during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Gonza’s Detailing does not sell, rent, or trade customer personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how we collect, use, and protect information.

13. Agreement

By booking a service, paying a deposit, dropping off a vehicle, or authorizing work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
